A week into setting up Werc, he asked for one thing.
“Can we mark each trade as pencilled or booked, and have something that shows it, so everyone else can see what my builds are up to?”

Every job in Werc now carries a status: pencilled, booked, or completed. One tap on the phone. The office sees it the moment he ticks it.
He also wanted the whole build on one screen. That is now the Gantt timeline on every project, with a share link for the office.
Both were live before his double storey template was finished.
